Information you provide

The site currently has two forms. The Project Updates form asks for an email address. The Suggest a Task form may include a name, email address, and the process, problem, or idea you choose to submit.

How it is used

Information you submit is used to send project updates when requested, review suggested project ideas, or respond when a response is appropriate. Personal information submitted through these forms is not sold.

Form processing

Forms are processed using Formspree, a third party form service. Information submitted through a form is transmitted to that provider and is also subject to Formspree’s privacy practices.

Analytics and cookies

As of October 5, 2026, this site does not intentionally use first party analytics, advertising trackers, Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Unsplash images, or embedded video services. The current build uses locally hosted site files and system fonts.

The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and requested pages, as part of operating and securing the website. External services may also receive information when you submit a Formspree form or choose to open an external link.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing ap@apmatus.com. You may also ask to stop receiving project updates at any time.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the site adds analytics, embedded media, additional forms, or other services that materially change how information is collected or processed.
